  ●  By submitting this payment transaction using the following credit card details, I fully agree that Turbo One or any of its affiliates will disclose my mobile line account details used to login to this website including my personal information to the Card Issuing Bank or the Acquiring Bank in case of any financial disputes regarding this transaction.
  ●  I’m fully aware that Turbo One has the full right either to suspend or to stop the transaction if any suspicious behavior concerning the payment is noticed.
  ●  Vodafone is sharing 4 attributes from your profile: mobile number, IP address, credit card number and email address to Paymob, which is authorized from the central bank of Egypt.

DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION

If any disputes, controversy, or difference (“disputes”) out of the implementation and/or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall attempt to settle amicably through good-faith negotiations at first.

In the event that such amicable settlements fail, the parties hereby agree that the dispute shall be finally settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed according to the rules of Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). The parties involved in the arbitration shall agree on a sole arbitrator to be nominated to the CRCICA court for appointment.

These terms do not prohibit Turbo One to seek interim relief at any time from any court of competent jurisdiction, and doing so will not be a breach of this agreement nor will it be an infringement upon the powers of the arbitrators.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
